DORO: New Interview To Air Tomorrow On KWTF THE EDGE

June 16, 2007

An interview with German metal queen Doro Pesch, conducted yesterday (Friday, June 15) at the Pearl Room in Chicago, Illinois, will air on KWTF The Edge's "Savage Sunday Show with Tom Wylde" tomorrow (June 17) at 3:00 p.m. EST.

To listen to the program via the Internet, go to www.kwtfworldwide.com.

A short video clip of Doro performing at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, New York earlier this month has been posted at YouTube.

Pesch's new version of the WARLOCK classic "All We Are" — featuring a backing band consisting of DESTRUCTION frontman Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer, AFTER FOREVER guitarist Bas Maas and well-known session drummer Tim Husung — was released on June 8. The 45-minute CD includes other rare material and bonus video footage and was issued on the AFM Records label.

Pesch — along with Schirmer, Maas and Husun — performed "All We Are" live at a boxing match on March 30 between German female boxing champion (and Doro's close friend) Regina Halmich and German TV personality/comedian Stefan Raab. Doro played the track as Halmich's intro theme and the fight was broadcast live via German TV station Pro Sieben. Watch the performance online at YouTube.
